Some of the people I work with are amazing and have become more than coworkers, they’re my family and I enjoy working with them.
Employees with bad attitudes who refuse to work as a team need to go. Employees who can’t show up to work on time being given positions of leadership needs to stop. Management needs to stop talking down to the employees.
Half of the training team takes pride in their job and teaches the new employees the proper and most efficient ways to do the job and the other half slacks off, shows up late everyday, and doesn’t care about helping the new employees learn how to get things done correctly. It’s a huge disservice.
