Being on the same page, team work, appreciation, respect, and representing a clean ,delicious restaurant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Have a catering person on both day and night shifts. If you want to build it have it staffed!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Storewide needs to go back to training to get back to are core values in running this store as a team. Leave phones home!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They seem to always do ground work to stay number one which I appreciate. But missed the mark with Max pro. Came out before perfected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The catering is unfair to servers, no pay for a whole lot of work and a lot of neglect to my tipping guest. 401 last to be taken out only comes out of my vacation pay. The new Max pro is horrible to work with. Now I get to buss tables for 8 hours and haul around a computer. I don't carry a purse to
