As a manager I hire my own team. I hired quality people to work for me and usually worked well with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly people usually. Too much stress placed upon having to beat sales from the same day of the week compared to last year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management expects superior service at $8.50 an hour. Too many metrics to meet such as average dollar sales and units per transaction. If the average dollar sale needs to be $12.71 for the quarter and employees fail to meet it, the DM's response is to have the employees written up,
