What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The GM needs to quit being a chauvinist and treat employees with more respect. Our Retail Manager is AWESOME!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Usually when employees are in good moods and not bring personal problems to work and are attentive and focused, we have a good work environment. If someone has personal issues they bring to work with a negative attitude, then it can ruin an entire shift.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of our team is great and works hard. There's always a few that don't pull their weight, but overall people work well together. In restaurant/retail jobs there is often high turnover, but in our store there are people who stay for a long time.
