They change pay after giving you a raise it goes back to regular pay it was before raise. Treat the loyal employees like they are nobody.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to work as a team. Instead of thinking they are above their employees and dont have to work hard. If their is a problem with a table they shouldn't avoid talking to the guest because they are too busy sitting in office snapchatting texting or eating
