What makes you most happy at work?
there is nothing at work that makes me happy, i dread going there everyday. and sometimes wish i would get hit by a car so i don't have to go.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
make the managers work instead of leaning against walls and barking orders. and when we r short staffed in the dish room they need to bus tables and stop taking my crew and making us even more short staffed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to strategize better. think about the team more than their bonus. and all of my managers need to be in the dish room helping when we r short staffed. not just on the grill line or on the floor or prep or backup. when i have a problem they need to back me up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We never have enough staff in the dish room, it's not fair that we have to break our backs so the managers can get their bonus. and the rest of us get nothing. telling customers to take their time and yet try to get a goal hour at the same time makes no sense. i am miserable working there.
