Leadership is stuck in an old fashion mind set and out of touch with their employees. Passive aggression, intimidation and rudeness are the key traits used by management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much money given to stock holders, managers etc and not enough money towards labor. Learning how to treat employees as humans and not just a body to fill the space.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cooks need to have a real understanding that their mistakes affect my pay (tip). They rarely care when they make mistakes; blaming the servers or the guest. Everyone needs to be willing to pitch in and pull their weight
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many of us feel undervalued bc we are expected to serve, host and help out in dish for $3 an hr. They pile extra work on the servers to save on labor; sending cooks home early and leaving servers to pick up the slack
