What are some of the best things about your team?
The team work is there, but the enthusiasm is low
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, and promoting internally instead of hiring so many external managers who don’t last as long
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is amazing, and there really is that feeling of family with both guests and co-workers but unfortunately there is a bit of a disconnect between us and the management. Unless you’re a favorite.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I can go in and do my job to the best of my ability and knowing that I am able to help everyone with anything they need. Even as far as showing the ETC how to do her job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The healthcare benefits are really bad in comparison to an outside source of insurance. Especially being paid $10 an hour to run a grill when other store not even 45 minutes north are making $15 an hour to do the same job. Plus as an hourly employee there is no stock benefits.
