What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management teAm needs to be better at helping when understaffed or better at dealing with over staffing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we don't need to hire as many minors as we do because they all end up calling out and taking away the hours from us non minors. And I feel like my mangers aren't very helpful when we have a lot of people to seat at the door and they do everything to find something else to do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like I'm the only one that knows the meaning of my job. And when there is two hosts scheduled and I'm the only one doing my job because the other host just clocks in and doesn't work so she's pretty much working for free it's just upsets me that we hire people like this and they are still emp
