Very rarely have I had an “upsetting” day at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There’s always a positive attitude among my team and the managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can come to work and actually enjoy what I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team on the retail floor. Everyone is willing to work and we all get along very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of the leaders within my store are wonderful to work with. They are all easy to talk to and are very fair.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I’m glad to work for a company that that offers health benefits at a reasonable cost, however, the hourly pay rate is ridiculously low. I’m just lucky that my husband makes a good salary, otherwise I’d be working multiple jobs like most of my co-workers.
