Making other guests and team members happy. Lending someone a hand when they need it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well, there are some issues with who gets the silverware. People like to steal from others and no one likes to give one another a hand when they need it. Coworkers need to realize that this is only work. We are here to work not gossip, steal, lie, and put others down.
