Base pay is too low. Metrics are so unacheivable it is very VERY hard to make bonus to make your salary worth the stress you’re out under.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
“Partnership” is a joke with the restaurant side. They do whatever they want, whenever they want. Don’t care about retail making it an ineffective way to run a business. Especially when the GM of restaurants are liars and cheaters - hard to trust someone you’re in business with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pleasing people!! That’s their mission. They could care less about people - it’s all about numbers. Did you make goal. The worst - texting you on your days off demanding pictures of the store to make sure it is set correctly. No respect for days off and they don’t care about employees
