
You should treat employees better...after all WE are the backbone of this company..even when managers fail! We pick up slack, we satisfy your guests, we fix problems.
If you ask more of your "team" you should do "more" for your team. Timely raises, which hardly never occur. Definitely more training on new employees. Don't just "throw them out there". Have a more friendly atmosphere for employees,..you can't give great guest experience if you don't feel great
