I liked it more when i first started with the company. It was much more professional. Held higher values.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it is not the coworkers, it is the management team. Through out a complement once in awhile. Why should the hard working employees continue working hard, when the lazy employees still get treated equally?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More leadership. less standing around screaming. Less checking the numbers. jump in and help. answer the phone, buss a table, dip food, run a tray. Stop preaching about teamwork unless you are willing to do it yourself.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
to much turn over, nothing consistent. There isn't any teamwork. Teamwork starts at the top. Punish the lazy co~worker, send the ppl home who are always late. Show a little appreciation for the ones who really work hard for you..
