What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are driven like me. The others need to realize we are all here for the same goal. If we work together, we will all achieve it faster.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a server. If we were staffed appropriately, we would all make a living wage. However, when we are obviously over staffed and management won't fix it, nobody makes minimum wage or higher.
