My coworkers. Helping guests who are kind and respectful.

To be treated more fairly. Talked to more nicely. Tested with more respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy many of the other employees. I think the company and the managers do a great job at hiring positive, helpful people, and weeding out the negative people who come in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating all employees equally and fairly. I notice a lot of favoritism. Looking into a problem before automatically pointing fingers. Helping servers more, rather than blaming them when they need help. Much better attitudes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think there’s a lot of stress out on us employees. I think the managers add to much of our stress. A lot of times they tend to jump to blaming us rather than helping to work out a problem. I personally don’t feel comfortable talking to my managers about any issues, due to a lack of respect.
