More team work. Less gossip. Respect everyone.

More thorough interviews. Make sure the person really wants to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to their employees more and take care of them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are not treated equally. Someone had fallen ill with a chronic illness and her hours were cut because she was sick. Even though she still came to work every day they cut her hours as soon as she became sick.
