
Caring more about the bigger picture instead of themselves. Commonsense and Integrity goes a long way.
The managers not allowing people to do whatever they want to. ex.. leave early. Come in even when not scheduled.
With this big corporation they do not offer enough compensation for the work they demand. Terrible Health insurance. And they don't match enough through the 401k
Communication is always the problem. Not knowing what's happened in previous shifts to next day shifts. Showing favoritism to the people that don't care about the company. And with that comes bad morale throughout the staff.
