
Leading. The waiters and hosts do most of the work while managers and “leadership” staff sit around and complain about things while never activily trying to make changes.
I feel like I am underpaid for the amount of work I do. I have been told by many guests and workers alike that I’d make a better manager than most of the ones at my store because of my work ethic, my communication and leadership skills, and for telling it like it is and not sugarcoating things.
