Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's wrong that they penalize employees willing work full time hrs but schedule less on avg requirement to apply for Health insurance. This tax season the company is costing me 700 in penalties, the company is costing me money.If they won't give us insurance they should compensate us for the Penalty
