At first it was great but as I tried moving up they told me things I needed to work on which was fine. But when I saw other co-workers that did the same things but were even worst and would act out moving up it slowly start degrading my look of the company. I've worked there for a year. Don't apply
What did you like most about the interview process?
They acted like people who work hard could move up through the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to understand that we actually have to talk to the guest and realize we know what they get upset with instead of telling us we are wrong. Also the favoritism runs very strong. And night crew gets the worst end.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to treat employees better instead of asking for feedback from workers and then ignoring it, they need to actually listen to it and try to fix problems with in the workplace. They will ask for feedback but then get mad about your feedback.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People that act out move up the most. Most my co-workers don't do their sidework and they get treated better than I do because I take my job seriously even though it's not that serious. Because I thought that's how you are supposed to be but apparently not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay because half the time we don't get enough business to make money and they complain about labor but refuse to cut people off the floor even though people beg to go home. I beg them to cut people but they will not so some nights I go home with 30 dollars for 8 hours.
