Some of the guests! They are amazing but only some and the old southern feel i love that

Honestly nothing because the leadership at my store it goes to their head and they think they are your GM sadly
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sometimes it's just us who understands what we go through or deal with so when you need to talk to them they get ot instead of making you feel like it's just you like management does. The teamwork!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management treats us like we are the bad guy, its always the server never the cook never the guests which it is a lot of the time. We only get spoken to when its bad but all shift management hollers GOOD JOB GRILL LINE when they are running 30 minute checks! Acknowledge everyone i feel
