We are a family and care about each other...the restaurant and retail. The managers are always willing to talk and help.

We all work together. Help each other and care about each other. Because we are family the guests can feel it in our treating of them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm old fashioned and believe there should be a better one on one interview. Not just the internet. How the interviewee is dressed and how they present themselves should be used as an indicator of how they work and respect themselves.
