I really like who i work for i just feel the people at the front of the company need to rethink what the do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about there employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Customers and money. Thats how i make my money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I make decent money, they work with me when i need time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a large company and they have taken away more than they have given. The health insurance is not worth looking at, they took away our christmas party, no one under a par 4 gets a christmas gift card and I've never worked in a restaurant where the don't give u free soda.
