In the beginning, it was amazing. Now, after several changes in management, it is awful. I just stay because of the money.

Management needs to step up.

Sometimes, they are helpful. I can't think of much else.

I felt comfortable with the people I was to be working with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my coworkers have horrible attitudes and are not very pleasant to our guests. They need to work on that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a server. I am also a cook. I am forced to cook for minimum wage when I normally make at least $15/hr as a server.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to step up. We are making tips and when there are more servers than guests in the restaurant, we have an issue. Also, management needs to hold everyone accountable for their actions.
