What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They hire a lot of people from different backgrounds. The hiring steps are much simpler than most places.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they could do more. They should help out the other workers and make sure everyone is working together
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that the manager said that he would not tolerate or apologize for a customer being rude to workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make barely 2 dollars an hour as a server! I would be happy with at least 5, or to get paid the same as everyone else if I don’t make
