The customers are great. They make the whole job worth while.

Relaxing on strict policies. Conditions were so harsh I would say it qualifies as a hostile work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Keeping personal life and feelings out of the workplace. Avoiding bias based on the looks of new employees. Treating new employees better with more respect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just feel like my managers and co-workers are so hostile. They have all formed little cliques in which they talk about new employees, mostly in a negative way.
