I love my customers, but coworkers think that they can bully you at work and that is not being professional. More training needs to be done about employee interaction. No swearing should ever be allowed, and no screaming at fellow employees. That is not what we are all about.

Friendly and they work hard.

It was a positive experience, and I was excited to start working there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager is always positive, and a good example of working hard. She keeps us going.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to all do their work. Hardly anyone does their assignments. No one wants to interact with customers to sell. Teamwork is very important, and so is accountability.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job! I always have a positive attitude . My customers and pleasing them each day means everything to me. It is some of my coworkers that speak negatively to me that is the most difficult to deal with.
