We try our best but store isnt staffed so I'm stretched thin

I'm in the highest volume store in the district. Overworked and understaffed constantly. Definitely need two RM in the building
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Staff is stretched thin so we have no staff to support the volume of business in turn, we're frustrated and sometimes take it out on each other
