What did you like most about the interview process?
They was very kind and willing to work with me on scheduling since I have three kids, they are so understanding of that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There always so many friendly and familiar faces that come in and eat. It's always so calm, always have country music playing. You see alot of happy families
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The general manager is very helpful, considerate, as well as all the other managers. I never met a team that is so ready to help someone and actually teach them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They only give me a few tables and barely any hours so considering im a waitress we rely on our tips, i love the job and the experience and all my coworkers just not the pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are seriously the best, they are so kind and welcoming, they've taught me alot about my job, most of everyone there has been there for years plus. I dont know how I would of made it without them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to meet new people, the more people you meet and are nice too will become a regular costumer! I love getting regulars in. And I love how country music is always playing and how happy we can make family's by provied great costumer service and amazing home cooked food.
