I started with the company in summer of 2016. We had an effective management team and a caring retail manager. Things began to change when the managers either moved to other stores for growth or were asked to step down. Since that time , our new GM has caused many disasters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other stores are paid more on the hour than our retail area.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting the managers we had at that time. They were an effective team. I enjoyed answering their questions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The restaurant managers and grill cooks are hostile. Maybe Hr could offer mandatory meetings where managers are taught how to talk to and handle their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to look forward to work everyday, but it changed when we got a new retail manager. It also changed for me when I became aware of how our management lies to our staff.
