Everyone is treated like a big family
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People are kind but can be very demanding especially during the holidays. Everyone goes on high alert and it ends up stressing management and employees. Overall the team I worked with made light of the situations and worked well together to keep everyone's stress to a minimum.
