The experience has been poor, I can’t take tips because of my position which has caused me to lose out on money. Also when I go to work I expect to work, but due to the slow activity I am bored most of my shift which causes me to leave early and get less hours overall and managers are condescend
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
New coworkers leave within their first month and for those who stay are nice and work together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was easy and the employers were desperate for workers. Therefore employment was pretty much guaranteed ; however, this causes new employees to leave within the first month of employment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work I do is menial, the conversations are clearly insincere, and these create a mind numbing experience when I work. Also when I go it is slow with little activity aside from the occasional spark of life.
