Better screening for incompetence and those who show up drunk not to be hired
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not wearing mask in back of house. Enforceing cb policies for dress codes, letting employees work off the clock, favoritism towards certain employees who can be drunk and high and not be sent home, gambling on the clock, and many many more problems.
