It was nice at the beginning but now it makes me uncomfortable to go to work because of the favoritisms that occur.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Certain managers at my location prefer certain employees and promote them because of their relationship and not because of the job they produce. The manager will treat the other employees badly and put his partner on a pedestal. He will compare the other employees to her and make them do the her job
