I don't really care about any of that
It took forever to get someone to come interview me. And they seem to let just anyone in.
Helping out in weak areas of the restaurant instead of standing by and complaining. Listening to and respecting their employees.
I love my coworkers. We've been through a lot together and we have each other's backs especially since management treats us all equally poorly.
Management needs to listen to their employees, pitch in to help, delegate tasks regularly, maintain a healthy environment and then people will want to come to work and want to work hard.
Management refuses to listen to workers availability or to aid in areas where we are short staffed and requires employees to pick up the slack, often asking employees to work two sometimes three jobs outside what they are clocked in for. Employees are reluctant to come to work under these conditions
