Awful they disrespect their employees and never give them a break make the work 7+ hours straght with no breaks even making some employees work double shifts with no breaks. They treat you as of you dont matter at all. The managers all need to be fired asap and have all new managment.

Be more informative explaining everything in detail about what the employees responsibly is and what is expected of them.

Everything the need to be fired and get a whole new team thar cares about people no that completely disrespects them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being totally disrespected by staff and managers to have a better work environment and have al whole new team to work with that care about people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn to respect others and learn to work together and stop disrespecting other coworkers. And have more patience with helping them to learn the job.
