This is the best company I have ever worked for. The benefits and pay are amazing, but the best part is the people. I actually like seeing my coworkers and I have a good time when I am with them.

CK gives very high compensation packages through salary. They do not believe in bonus, and ensures everyone's salary includes a large bonus. They are well above the average pay scale for our area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are close team that has become more of a family. LIke I said, no one is left behind. So if someone is struggling, we all chip in to get them up and going.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CK leads with compassion and empathy. They lead as a team effort, and leaves no one behind. I take great pride in the way our leadership handles crisis, and no one was laid off during the pandemic.
