I really enjoy working at Credit Karma. It's a special company to work for. While it's a large company, you feel valued as an individual and can see the impact you make.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a talented team of people who always go above. and beyond for one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and honesty. I also appreciate our CEO's optimism in the face of big challenges this year.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's competitive against what I would get paid working in an advertising agency, which is where my career path was headed before I joined Credit Karma.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Our (new) interview process is highly regulated in order to weed out personal bias. We are able to sit as a group and discuss the. candidates, but only after we have given individual feedback. We are encouraged to ask the same questions of each candidate so that the process is fair and equal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody cares about everyone else on the team. The managers often go above and beyond to help the people who report to them. There is a culture of personal and professional growth, and everyone is on board with that. They're also a really talented bunch who are humble about their work. No big egos
