Everyone gets along on a personal and professional level. Recruitment and management have done a wonderful job curating their teams!

For a company of this size, they are very transparent with how we are doing, what we can change, and what the future looks like.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a selfish good deed to show up to work every day (even remotely) and help someone. Can't forget about the awesome people and culture as well!

How energetic and passionate the people who I interviewed with were! Hearing them glow about the company, what they do, the mission, and their team was very awe-inspiring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team in general has a very strong growth mindset but has been created to highlight individual's strengths. This helps with collaboration and people knowing their roles and strengths within their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They focus on physical wellbeing as well as mental/emotional wellbeing with a great PTO/Sick leave policy. This allows people to not be afraid to take a day off because they are covered by it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are constantly acknowledged for the good that they do, which is rare within a lot of companies. It keeps morale high and motivates staff to continue to show up and do their best on a daily basis.

The team that I work on constantly inspires me and makes me laugh on any given day - that's how you know you're at the right place. We keep each other motivated and hold one another accountable in a positive way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The variety of people that you meet the farther along in the process you go. They really go out of their way to ensure you are meeting more than 2-3 people. In my 5 rounds, I met 8 different members of the company.
