The culture and togetherness that's been fostered over the years. People actually care about one anther and their success. People want to see you succeed at CK and are invested in seeing that happen
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their commitment to doing what's right for CK member's as the guiding light at all times is really important and a large part of our success. Their transparency to speak openly to the entire company not only about the positives, but the challenges and hard stuff has been inspiring
