The listen to us and get things done so we are comfortable. We have it sweet, compared to even some of the top tech companies!

We are all paid the same in our specific role, based on level, no matter what. We are comfortably compensated both in cash and equity.

We are all grinding through various challenges together, and it's easy for us come together as family, even though we are completely on our own outside of work with different lives and cultures.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunities for growth if we seize them and have a positive attitude with a bias for action. Some people expect growth to be handed their way, this company is great if you go take what you are looking for and embrace the ownership; and all that comes with it!
