Tight-knit, and all really cool people. People of all diversities, locales and age groups. I get a wide perspective on all the issues we encounter and it helps to have a team that backs you up at every turn.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO/sick time is generous plus several other paid off opportunities, such as volunteer day, election time off and family time. The best part is probably the benefits though. They worked tirelessly to give us the best bang for our buck and it continued throughout the pandemic uninterrupted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encourage to speak up and be honest, even if the truth isn't pretty. We also work with all departments within the company and it's easy to reach anyone you need. Everyone is open to work with everyone else, and that helps facilitate cooperation and a positive atmosphere
