What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are real people and happily share opinions that sometimes different from one another (which is a very unique thing in EC/ leadership). They CARE about their teams not only as employees, but especially as individuals with families/ outside interests/ responsibilities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
they were flexible with the timeline, listened to me, were interested in my interests as it relates to my dreams/goals (not the job). Plus PAY EQUITY - so every Developer gets paid the same as every other Developer no matter sex, race, socio-economic status, work history, negotiation ability.
