What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
(Pre and hopefully post COVID); We eat together, We play games together, there are some very clever humans around to solve problems and I genuinely enjoy the company of my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every individual contributor on my team is smarter than I am. This makes my role as a leader really rewarding as I get to align the work of incredibly talented engineers with business objectives and solve complex technical challenges.
