What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the rotating one on one interviews on the final day because I was able to meet more people in the department than a typical interview would allow for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The empathetic and helpful nature of everyone I have interacted with at the company. In my experience it's rare to find a work environment where everyone genuinely seems happy to be working for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. I joined during the pandemic and have received much outreach for support during my transition. Also, everyone respects each other's lives outside of work by being flexible and understanding if things come up.
