The sense that we are all on the same ship, working together to steer it toward the same worthy goal. And our leadership isn't just cheering us on, they're rowing right beside us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is excellent and above what others in my area would pay for a comparable position. And the health insurance is outstanding. I never have to worry if my family needs healthcare of any kind. Our insurance pays well and fairly.
