I have been a little more than a year now and I have a strong network that would allow me to jump to other companies relatively easy. But I'm definitely not interested on switching jobs, I'm very happy and I'm still constantly surprise of how the company cares about its members and employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team in challenging projects. I'm always learning new things
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all friendly and helpful. Nobody thinks they are above others although they are all super smart
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone made me felt comfortable even though I was nervous. It really felt like a conversation instead of an interrogation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the best benefits is the amount we get for personal development. You can go to conferences, buy books, subscriptions etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity is completely embraced. This makes for enriched conversations and decisions, this makes everyone feel included and valued as everyone else. This allow people to be themselves and be fully productive and happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
After working in several companies, I feel the leadership team genuinely care about its members and employees and puts them before revenue. Every company says they do that, but in my experience it doesn't happen in practice. Here it does as much as possible
