everything is positive. People are generally friendly and the office is fantastic

Competitive salary and awesome/low cost healthcare. Amazing time off benefits as well.

They are thorough and selective about who they bring to the final round in SF.

The team works independently a lot of the time, but collaboration (albeit cross-country) is never an issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to genuinely care for employees and the CK mission. They provide surprise perks to bolster morale, and it works.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are incredible. Maybe it is by nature of being a California-based company, but the benefits are above and beyond most I've encountered in the Charlotte area.
