Being able to riff with my coworkers informally about a difficult project that we're all working on. I miss whiteboarding.

Our leadership team goes above and beyond the call of duty to keep employees first, to communicate openly and often, and to make sure all voices are heard.

Credit Karma has really given our team the autonomy to almost act like a mini-startup within the company. We try to harness that startup-like ethos to build some amazing things.
